PAYMENT
Full payment must be received in advance of shipment. We are required to charge 7.25% to California residents shipping within the state.

Credit card charges for items at Peggity’s (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are processed through PayPal. Or you can use your PayPal account to pay with an echeck. Simply click on the PayPal button at check out and follow the instructions. If you do not have a PayPal account you will be unable to charge an item to a credit card. However, setting up a PayPal account is easy and can be done when you go to check out.

Personal and business checks are also accepted and artwork may be held until the check clears. Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks are also accepted. Make your check payable to and send it to the following mailing address: Peggity’s American Fine Art & Furnishings Ltd., 315 Melrose St., Pacific Grove, CA 93950.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Purchases may be returned within 7 days upon receipt of the artwork by you. If you are not completely satisfied we will give you a full refund including return shipping costs. To be refundable, returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent, properly packaged and fully insured.

SHIPPING
Within the United States shipping is via the USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please designate your preference when you place your order. For FedEx and UPS shipping we’ll need a street address and telephone number to be provided. If you are a foreign buyer please email Peggity's with the name of your item and your address for a calculation of shipping charges.
